Janine was born and grew up in Fort Wayne, IN. After being baptized into the Christian church as a baby, she confirmed her baptism vows at the age of 14 and acknowledged a life-long pursuit of a relationship with Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior.
Janine graduated from Ball State University in 2013 with a B.A. double-major in Journalism and Creative Writing. Since then, she has worked in communications and marketing positions in settings ranging from global corporations to local nonprofits. When not creating social media campaigns or hunting for the perfect turn of phrase, she can be found cooking, hanging out with family, indulging her love of movies, or indulging her love of Shakespeare.
